Only thing good would be the view,as the food is over priced for what you get. Looks really nice from a distance but once your up close and looking around the place needs a decent clean and lots of maintenance . All the plants inside and out are dying and there is flowers that look like they have been dead inside for a long time, Could be a good place to eat if it was better maintained.
Well presented place from a far but far from good up close. The views over the lake are very nice. Pancakes were overpriced for 3 very thin pancakes that were closer to crepes. Coffee was an hr wait, we were told 20minutes although it wasn't bad coffee. Inside felt nice but was obvious it waw not well maintained with floors, doors and windows covered in smudges, marks and dirt. Water for their flowers being an off brown colour and outdoor plants dying off. This place would be a really good Cafe if it were maintained properly and some slight tweaks were made to the menu
I find the restaurant disappointing, the floor could be washed or even swept. There are dirt spots, and spilt food on the floor.There are cob webs in corners. The female toilets are disgusting. They smell bad and always messy. The food and service average. Sorry but I am honest in this instance.
Had a lovely breakfast here. Eggs were cooked perfectly and the iced latte was delicious. Great view to top it all off. Would definitely recommend.
Best breakfast and lunch spot in Barmera. Great eggs and bacon! Great pancakes! Amazing burgers! Great coffee! Good customer service. Great views looking over the lake too. A must do in Barmera!
