Beds are comfortable but didn't want to use the kettle. They defiantly need a new one. Price was too high for what it was worth.
Clean and quiet location next to a beautiful lake.
What can I say or where shall I start?!! The rooms are not clean at all. God knows what the cleaners or staff do?!! We checked in & it looked like they had changed the bed sheets & maybe gave the bathroom a quick clean. The sofa in the room had hairs & food crumbs on it so did one of the chairs in the room. The carpet needed a decent vacuum, the skirting boards are dirty & dusty. The room was dirty & dusty everywhere. Cobwebs, spiders, bugs & mosquitos!! The bugs & mosquitos had been squashed on the wall & not cleaned off. There was that many of them we left at 10:30pm & drove over 2 hours back to Adelaide. No phone in the room to contact reception nor an emergency contact number. You also have to pay to use the WIFI. We felt sick staying there & couldn't wait to get home! Such a waste of money! Read the reviews before booking.
Absolutely saddened and disgusted by the rooms. Very unclean, dust everywhere, the room has been smothered in mosquitos and moths. They have been squished on the walls and practically living in every corner of the room. Pool doesn't work, games room is locked, no one to contact out of hours. The bathroom water smells absolutely gross. Have left middle of the night as unbearable to stay in the room being bitten by mosquitos all night.
Stayed one night. Facilities fine, nice view over lake. Strangely there was no reception at 5:30 pm Sat or 8:30am Sun - managers seem to be running remotely!
